Science fiction and fantasy fans should prepare now for a jolt to their space-time continuum: Wizard World Comic Con returns to St. Louis Friday, May 22 through Sunday, May 24. This year's comic con will be held at America's Center and will feature some of the biggest names in the comic and pop culture universe.
Television and movie stars scheduled to appear include Giancarlo Esposito, "Once Upon A Time;" B.J. Britt, "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.;" Rick Costnett, "The Flash;" Jason David Frank, "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers;" and Michael Rooker, "Guardians of the Galaxy." Horror fans can meet "The Walking Dead" stars Robin Lord Taylor and Alanna Masterson, as well as Naomi Grossman of "American Horror Story," Tara Reid of "Sharknado" and Cassandra Peterson, aka Elvira, Mistress of the Dark. WWE Diva Paige and WWE Superstar Batista are also scheduled to appear.
Several writers and artists are also scheduled to appear, including Michael Golden ("Spider-Man," "Daredevil"), Ken Lashley ("Superman"), Tom Hook ("He-man," "Scooby Doo"), and others.
Wizard World celebrates the world of pop culture, movies, television, comics, gaming and more. Fans of all ages can participate in cosplay and wear their best costume for the Wizard World Costume Contest Saturday evening. All guests paying full-price admission will also receive a limited edition exclusive variant cover "The Walking Dead" comic, drawn by a Wizard World guest artist, while supplies last.
One-day admission starts at $39.95, and varies by day; children 10 and under are free with a paid adult (up to two children per adult).
