Though typically the Great Pumpkin only visits the most “sincerest” pumpkin patch, this fall he’ll be treating his most sincere fans to a special visit at St. Louis Union Station. The PEANUTS™ Great Pumpkin Patch Express Train Ride will depart from Union Station and take guests on a scenic ride past Busch Stadium, the Gateway Arch and the Mississippi River. The excursion will also feature themed music and special narration of Charles Schulz’s story.
Guests will be greeted by Snoopy and Lucy in the St. Louis Union Station pumpkin patch upon arrival. The Great Pumpkin experience includes photo opportunities with Lucy and Snoopy, pumpkin decorating, seasonal treats and other activities. Families are encouraged to wear costumes to the event. In keeping with the season, Union Station will be decorated for Halloween and will offer fall events each weekend.
The Great Pumpkin Patch Express will depart St. Louis Union Station on Saturdays and Sundays, Oct. 10-11, 17-18, 24-25 and Oct. 31 and Nov. 1 at 12:30 p.m., 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 5 p.m. Special Friday evening trains will run on Oct. 23 and 30 at 4:30 p.m., 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
