Several stars have announced they will "trek" to St. Louis for Wizard World April 1-3, including actor William Shatner.
Other celebrities scheduled to appear at Wizard World St. Louis include “Doctor Who” stars David Tennant and Billie Piper; Krysten Ritter, star of "Jessica Jones;" Charlie Cox, star of the "Daredevil" television series; Elizabeth Henstridge, "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.;" James Marsters from "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel;" and Lou Ferrigno from "The Incredible Hulk" and "The King of Queens."
Top animators and comic artists will attend as well, including Billy Martin, lead guitarist for the band Good Charlotte and artist for “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles New Animated Adventures;” Jose Delbo, an artist who has worked on “Superman” and “Batman;” Danny Fingeroth, group editor for "Spider-Man;” and many others. Additional celebrities will be announced in the coming weeks.
Wizard World provides a place for fans of all ages to celebrate their favorite movies, television shows, video games, pop culture, comic books, graphic novels and cos play. This year’s Wizard World St. Louis show hours are Friday, April 1, 3-8 p.m.; Saturday, April 2, 10 a.m.-7 p.m.; and Sunday, April 3, 10 a.m.-4 p.m. One-day admission starts at $44.95 when purchased in advance; up to two children under age 10 are free with paid adult admission.
