The popular LEGO KidsFest has announced its 2016 tour dates. This year’s three-acre educational family event will include a stop at the Kansas City Convention Center May 13-15 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Lego KidsFest is designed for children of all ages and builders of all interests. Visitors can view life-sized models made from Lego bricks and watch demonstrations by Lego Master Builders. Children can also build and program robots at Lego Mindstorms, explore Heartlake City with Lego Friends, create custom cars to race, or spin their way to becoming a Spinjitzu member with Lego Ninjago. Other attractions include Lego Star Wars™, Lego Disney™ Princess and Lego Super Heroes. Merchandise will be available for purchase as well.
Five identical sessions will be offered during the three-day stop in Kansas City. Lego KidsFest tickets can be purchased at www.LEGOkidsfest.com. Tickets are $19 for the Friday and Sunday afternoon sessions, and $22 for both sessions on Saturday and the Sunday morning session.
Last year’s tour included a visit to St. Louis. This will be the first year the national tour has made a stop in Kansas City.
