There are special themed classes, like the "Frozen" holiday workshop, in which kids will make treats shaped like characters from the mega-hit Disney flick. Club Sweetology for Kids gives 8 to 12-year-olds an opportunity to spend the evening decorating cookies or cakes while mom and dad have a night out. Though Time for Dinner doesn't offer traditional cooking classes, it does provide learning experiences for kids all the same. Customers can order prepared, pre-frozen meals, or they can sign up for sessions to prepare meals themselves. Kids are welcome – and encouraged – to join their parents so long as they can stay focused and helpful for an hour and a half or more. (Time for Dinner doesn't set an age limit but leaves the decision up to parents.) Time for Dinner provides all the ingredients you'll need to prepare six meals, six servings each. Aprons, utensils, pans and anything else you might need are provided. Kids can help read directions, measure and pour. At the end of the session, you take home and freeze six whole meals!
