Well, once you have gracefully recovered, your first order of business is to find a spot where you can take off those heels and prop your foot up with an ice bag. Step two (no pun intended) is to start a regular regimen of anti-inflammatories to help with pain and swelling. And then start combing your closet for cute flats with a cushioned sole or, better yet, your tennis shoes.
