A new pumpkin patch will “crop up” this fall in Chesterfield. Chesterfield Valley Pumpkin Patch has announced plans to open Sept. 23.
The 9-acre farm, which is located at 18734 Olive St. Rd., Chesterfield, MO, will host a cornucopia of fall activities, including a 120-foot-long haunted tunnel, hay rides, train rides, pony rides, pumpkin painting, face painting, a playground, inflatables and more. For unlimited access to all activities, wristbands may be purchased for $18 per person.
Chesterfield Valley Pumpkin Patch plans to offer a variety of seasonal items, including a large selection of pumpkins, gourds, corn stalks, straw bales, mums and cider. Blue Owl pies and caramel apples, nachos, turkey legs, funnel cake, chili, burgers, hot cocoa and other snacks will also be available for purchase.
Chesterfield Valley Pumpkin Patch will be open daily 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Sept. 23-Oct. 31. Activities will be offered Saturdays and Sundays and other times by appointment. The patch will offer free parking, free shuttles and free adult admission. It will be available for birthday parties and private events. The announcement comes as another popular local pumpkin patch, Rombach Farms, announced that it will not reopen for the 2017 season.
