The Spirit of St. Louis Air Show will once again take to the sky over Chesterfield. The popular event has announced it will return to the Spirit of St. Louis Airport Oct. 13-14.
This year’s show will include the Canadian CF-18 Hornet demo team, the U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon demonstration, a Boeing B-29 Superfortress and performances by an aerobatic biplane. More flying demonstrations and static aircraft displays will be announced closer to the event date. The airport will also host a STEM Expo in conjunction with the show.
This year, for the first time, all tickets must be purchased online. General admission tickets are available online for $15; ticket prices will increase after June 1. Online tickets for military personnel with a valid ID and children 6 and under are free.
