|"One of my favorite places to go on Mother's Day, or any day for that matter, is one of Unlimited Play's universally accessible playgrounds. Brendan's Playground, named by Mayor Hennessy honoring my nephew, Brendan Schmitt is my family's favorite place to go in St. Charles County. There is something about the joy, laughter and imaginative play on one of our playgrounds that reminds me what a gift it is to be a mother."

|"I like to celebrate Mother's Day with my family in the house where I grew up, where my mother has lived for a little less than 60 years. My sisters and I with our families still gather there every Sunday and on many holidays. My two granddaughters are the center of attention now at those gatherings. We also spend many important family occasions at my husband's brothers restaurants (Jefferson Grill and the Down Under)."

|"My favorite place to celebrate Mother's Day is at my house with my extended family. Since I'm all about moms and emotional health, Mother's Day is the holiday I host, and there's no place that's more 'me as a mom' than home. My second favorite place is Laumeier Sculpture Park for their outdoor arts festival Mother's Day weekend. It's a treat!"

|"I like to spend Mother's Day starting with brunch at home or at a restaurant such as Bravo or Ya Ya's. Then we'd follow that up with a trip to one of our favorite family attractions. Last year we went to the Butterfly House and the year before that the Saint Louis Zoo. The most important thing I do that day is spend the entire day with my family!"

|"Our Mother’s Day tradition is spent first attending church and then going to lunch with our whole family [at places like Cottleville Wine Seller or Bristol Seafood Grill]. After, we love to visit one of the many fabulous parks in St. Charles where we can play a little baseball, frisbee, and drive remote control boats on the lakes! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we also like to go bowling or to a movie."
