It's time once again to bring Sprout & About readers, sponsors and supporters together for a huge family-friendly bash! We're organizing this celebration to show you how much we appreciate your support.
Faust Park is hosting this year's event. In honor of the celebration, The St. Louis Carousel is offering free kid's admission (children 4 and under must be accompanied by a paid adult), and the Sophia M. Sachs Butterfly House is offering free admission to kids 12 and under with paid adult admission.
Families will enjoy several fun, free activities:
• Make everything AWESOME with fun LEGO activities hosted by Bricks 4 Kidz. • Kids can be transformed with face painting by Impish Grin Face Art. • See live animal encounters and spin the prize wheel with The Butterfly House. • Take home balloon art created by the legendary Dale the Balloon Twister from 10-11:30 a.m. • Spin the sun for fun! Learn more about protecting yourself from the sun with a fun game presented by St. Louis Children’s Hospital. • Be delighted and amazed by comedy and magic performed by a strolling magician from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. • Take photos with Rapunzel from noon-2 p.m. • Make a fabulous fall craft with Kirkwood Public Library. • Play games and make a craft inspired by local history with the Missouri History Museum. • Sculpt a masterpiece with Art Unleashed. • Get moving with fun activities from HealthWorks! Kids' Museum St. Louis. • Make your own unicorn suckers with The St. Louis Carousel. • Get slimed with Mad Science of St. Louis! • Tumble into fitness with The Little Gym of South County, which will have mats set up to help kids learn a forward roll technique. • Grab some swag from the new movie "Smallfoot." • Play to win with Rockin' Jump Trampoline Park. • Step back in time at the Historic Village. • Stop by the Sprout & About's "bubble station" and enter to win tickets to Kidz Bop Live 2018, coming to Stifel Theatre Oct. 21. • Plus more hands-on activities and crafts and giveaways!
Food trucks will sell lunch onsite, so families can stay and enjoy a picnic in the park!
